Quin Checking 

Account Information 

This is a non-interest bearing account. This account is a restricted account, meaning that the purpose of this account is to hold secured funds from the Credit Builder loan that you applied for. Funds cannot be withdrawn from the account unless you apply for Lifestyle Protection benefits and you are approved to receive the benefits. Please see the Lifestyle Protection Benefits Terms and Conditions and the Credit Builder Loan agreement for more information. 

This account is not available for business purposes. 

Processing Order of Debit transactions will be cleared in the order they are received. 

Checks are not authorized on this account. 


Your monthly Quin membership fee of $20.00 will be deducted from your account on the day your account cycles (20th of the month). 

You will be charged $10 for each Non-Sufficient Funds transaction.

There is a $32 fee for stop payments. 

You will be charged $2.50 for each withdrawal at an ATM machine not owned or operated by First Fed Bank. Fees will be waived if the ATM is part of the MoneyPass network. 

Overdraft Protection 

Overdrafts are not permitted on this account. If a transaction is initiated against the restricted funds, it will be returned, and an NSF fee will be assessed on the account for each return. There is a maximum of 6 NSF charges per day or $60 for this account.  

Fair Credit Reporting 

As a consumer, you have certain rights pursuant to the Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act. This law prohibits creditors and users of consumer information from knowingly reporting incorrect or incomplete information to credit bureaus and to consumer reporting agencies. At First Fed, we make every effort to provide accurate information.
